Delivery Costs

  • Courier delivery to the UK is charged at £5
  • DHL to Europe Zone 1 is charged at £8
  • DHL to Europe Zone 2 is charged at £12
  • DHL to the US charged at £16

Delivery Times

Once your order has been received, we will endeavour to deliver your goods in the time frame set out in the table below. Next day delivery is available upon request.

Track and Trace Service

Our Track and Trace service allows you to know exactly where your new Airborne Fit product is, from dispatch to delivery, through updates sent via text message or email. To ensure that you do not have to wait in all day to receive your delivery. We also offer a 1 hour delivery slot. All we need is your email address or phone number and you will be able to follow your delivery to your door.

Airborne Store Returns

For online store orders, we are only able to accept returns on products that have not been worn.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations in force in the UK.

In a situation where Airborne Fit has failed to comply with the approved customer order instructions through either errors, omissions or the product is faulty, we will more than happily exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.

The standard warranty for garments manufactured by Airborne Fit is six months.

We do not accept and cannot process any returns without a returns number and accompanying documentation which will be provided after notification. Any items returned incorrectly will be subject to a reshipping and handling charge. To request a returns number please email enquiries@airbornefit.com. Airborne Fit does not bear the direct costs of returning goods as stated on our ordering notification. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service with adequate insurance cover as Airborne Fit cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
